Getting it all together!

If you are new to this space, let's make something clear: I'm a hopeless mess.

I'm not just saying that to play down my strengths in a  fit of false modesty.

I lose things, I forget appointments and sometimes my kids don't do their homework.

There. Phew. Cleared the air.

Hey. I have six kids and a husband. That alone takes a lot of juggling.

I'm trying to adjust to my first year of having kids at two different schools. This is also my first year of FOUR kids doing homework.

To ease the pain, I unplugged the basement cable yesterday. Actually, the Rev. did it, but I was his accomplice.

I'm now considered a pretty terrible mom.

But wow, it sure was nice to get chores done last night without having to call boys back upstairs five times! And hmmm, a boring night is perfect for doing homework.

I may have to ground myself soon. But I'm hoping to get things more together on my own.
